TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll.,
the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations
between the company

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”)
arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer,
the subject of which is the Seller’s goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) (hereinafter
referred to as the “Contract”), concluded through the Seller’s online store located at bar.simply33.cz
(hereinafter referred to as “SIMPLY 33”).

I. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Simply33 Karaoke Bar’s private halls. By making a reservation or placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
II. Booking and Payment
- Booking payments can be made by credit or debit card. Accepted cards are indicated on the booking page before proceeding to payment.
- At no time does Simply33 Karaoke Bar record or transfer a customer’s bank details. The transaction is entirely managed by Stripe.
- By providing your bank details when making the reservation, you agree that in the event of reservation cancellation or failure to pay on site, charges may be applied in certain cases and debited automatically.
- Customers may choose between paying a deposit or the full amount in advance.
III. Cancellation and Refund
- In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the Customer will be refunded in full.
- In case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking, 50% will be charged, or the Customer may be offered a new time slot for the same number of people and duration.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking, no refund will be provided, and a new time slot cannot be offered.
IV. Guest Rules
- You break, you pay – any damage will result in a repair or replacement fee.
- Acceptance of Terms – placing your first order means you agree to these Terms.
- Personal belongings – Simply33 is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
- Bringing your own drinks – hall rental fees double if outside beverages are brought in.
- Respect for the hall – treat equipment and furniture with care. Severe contamination or misuse incurs cleaning fees. Notify staff if you feel unwell.
V. Liability for Damages
Applicable fees for damage caused:
- Wooden or laminated furniture – 3,000 CZK per item
- Broken doors and glass – 25,000 CZK
- Lighting and colored LED – 1,500 CZK
- Mixing panels and microphones – 4,500 CZK per item
- TV, projector, or PlayStation console – 13,000 CZK per item
- Projection screen – 6,000 CZK
- PlayStation controllers – 2,500 CZK per item
- Speakers – 7,000 CZK per item
- Broken plates – 150 CZK per item
- Broken glasses – 100 CZK per item
- Broken or spilled-on keyboard or mouse – 1,000 CZK per item
- Broken hookah – 3,000 CZK per item
- Broken amplifier – 10,000 CZK
- Broken volume control panel – 5,000 CZK
- Broken service call button – 150 CZK
- Damaged sofa – 5,000 CZK per sofa
- Cleaning for severe contamination (e.g., vomiting) – 2,000 CZK
All prices are listed excluding VAT (21%).
VI. Personal Data Protection
The protection of Customers’ personal data is ensured in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Simply33 processes personal data only for the purpose of reservations and communication with Customers.
VII. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions replace all previous arrangements regarding reservations at Simply33 Karaoke Bar.
- Simply33 may unilaterally change or update these Terms. The version valid at the time of reservation applies.
- Czech general courts have jurisdiction over disputes between the Customer and Simply33.
- If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 10 June 2025.
