RiseReserve Booking

Booking payments can be made by credit or debit card. Accepted cards are indicated on the booking page at the time before proceeding to payment. At no time does Simply33 Karaoke Bar record or transfer a customer's bank details. The transaction is entirely managed by Stripe. By providing your bank details when making the reservation, you agree that in the event of reservation cancellation or failure to pay on site, charges may be applied in certain cases and you will be debited automatically. See the "Refund and cancellation" section for more information.

In the case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the Customer will be refunded in full. In the case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking, 50% will be charged or the Customer will be offered a new time slot for the same number of people and the same duration. In the case of cancellation less then 24 hours before the scheduled booking, the customer will not be offered a refund and we cannot offer a new time slot.
